The Umidigi A16 Pro and A16 Pro 5G both feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate



Umidigi unveiled several new devices at the Mobile Electronics Show in Hong Kong, including three A-series smartphones.

The Umidigi A16 Pro and A16 Pro 5G both feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP main camera (IMX 766), and a 5MP infrared night vision lens. While the A16 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, the A16 Pro opts for the Helio G99. Both phones sport 5,000 mAh batteries with 33W charging, alongside 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, expandable via the microSD slot. They come preloaded with Android 14.

The Umidigi A15 Ultra steps up with a more powerful Dimensity 9000+ chip, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 1TB of storage. It features a 200MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide lens. The A15 Ultra also boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Its 5,000 mAh battery supports 66W charging and the device includes NFC, an IR blaster, and a headphone jack.



In addition to the smartphones, Umidigi introduced four new tablets. The A15 Tab is an 11-inch Android tablet with an FHD+ LCD, quad speakers, and a Unisoc T616 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It runs Android 13 and packs a 7,500 mAh battery with 20W wired charging, available for $150 on Aliexpress.

The G9 Tab comes in Wi-Fi only and 4G variants, featuring an 11-inch HD LCD and a 7,200 mAh battery with 18W charging. It will be offered in black, blue, purple, and green colors.

Finally, the G1 Tab Mini shrinks down to an 8.4-inch FHD LCD with a 5,000 mAh battery. It's powered by a Rockchip RK3562 chipset with 3/4GB RAM and 32GB storage, expandable via microSD. Running Android 14, it also has a kid's version available with an EVA protective case.
